Privacy Statement
Our services revolve around data; your personal data. Protection of that and control over it is essential for us. We are happy to answer your questions about how your data is used.
This Privacy Statement provides such answers in brief. For further questions or comments, you can always contact our Data Protection Officer (contact details below).
The intended data mainly originates from yourself, but we also process personal data from other parties, such as from Social Media, Google, or the Chamber of Commerce, for verification or marketing purposes.
Your data is used solely to optimally execute our services, as we are required by law, or because we have legitimate interests in doing so. The data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purpose of use.
We do not share your data with others, unless it concerns: • regulatory authorities or governments, when legally required; • our contractors, such as exchanges, when necessary for the fulfillment of our agreement with you or for the protection of legitimate interests.
In such cases, there will always be clear agreements with such third parties regarding our responsibility for your data.
When your data can be shared in this way outside of Europe, we do this only based on agreements prescribed by European legislation or with your consent.
In certain situations, we also process your – in terms of privacy legislation – 'special data'. Such data is called special because it can particularly say something about your personal circumstances.
Our experience shows that clients sometimes entrust us with special personal data. Because they find it relevant, just like we do, for the optimal determination of the suitability or appropriateness of our services and products. If you entrust us with such special data, we assume your consent, which is legally required for our use of your data.
In that case, we agree that you will inform us when you wish to withdraw your consent. As long as we can and remain able to determine the appropriateness and suitability for the services despite your withholding of consent, we can, if desired, delete special data and potentially continue the services in a modified manner.
However, it can also mean that we believe we will have to suspend the services entirely or partially without such information. Because, in such a case, we can no longer fulfill our duty of care.
You can always request us for access, correction, transfer, limitation of use, or deletion of your personal data, or object to the use thereof. Furthermore, you can request a copy of your data, for example, for another service provider you engage. You can also, if desired, contact our supervisor regarding personal data:
